Cancellation and refund policy
Nothing is shipped — your policy documents are delivered by email — so there is nothing to return. Your cancellation rights are as follows.

Within 14 days
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your policy documents and receive a full refund, provided you have not made a claim.

After 14 days
You may cancel at any time by giving at least 30 days' written notice. The insurer will refund the premium for the unexpired period of cover, unless you have notified a claim that has been or is later accepted, in which case no refund is due. Commission may be retained on any refund, so the amount returned may be less than a straight pro-rata figure.

If your application is not accepted
If we are unable to issue a policy after review, any payment you have made is refunded in full.

How to cancel
Email contact@feeprotect.com quoting your schedule number. We will confirm the cancellation date and the refund amount in writing. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Cancellation by the insurer
The insurer may cancel the policy with 30 days' written notice for a valid reason (for example, non-cooperation with a claim or suspected fraud) and will refund the premium for the unexpired period. Full details are in the policy wording.
